When Will I Get My Stuff?
- Contact us, Contact us, Contact us! Call our main store at 423-892-3128 during store hours and ask about your online order. We will be more than happy to answer any questions about your package.
- Items which are In-Stock will ship anywhere from 2-5 days from purchase.
- Items which are out of stock could take an extended period of time to ship. If you have purchased an item that is out of stock we will contact you and inform you of estimated shipping dates.
- If an item is out of stock you may have the option of taking a floor model to reduce shipping time. We will contact you if option becomes available.
- Smaller items shipped through UPS will have a tracking number that we can provide.
- Larger Items are shipped freight and therefore usually do not have tracking numbers. We can contact whichever company is moving your product on your behalf for more information on when it should arrive.
- In store Pick-Up is always FREE! You will be contacted in order for us to coordinate which store your product will go to.
- We have a tiered flat rate system for shipping outside our service area. You will be notified of this rate upon checkout.
